"DUDE" ... Sixty Three Years
... I looked around and realized I had no
family, no friends and no survivors. Upon this
realization, I thought, "not bad,
I'm gonna break even!" (reference) While this may
seem to be a 'bit' arrogant, I meant
every word of that thought. I learned
years ago that we are owed nothing in
this life. I realized that the same
mentality and character that drove humans
to kill the Son of God, had also
possessed many, if not most of my
friends, family and enemies. What chance should
we have for kindness and compassion? It
has occurred to me that if you receive
those things such as kindness or
compassion, from the "world"
you must be of
the "world." If you need
further proof, you must know that Jesus
told us the same thing.
It is my
inherent nature that I tell
people "things." I came to know
this many years ago but I didn't
understand that the reason was of a
spiritual nature. I thought it was simply
a personality trait. In my later years I
have learned that this is the trait of a
messenger.
I am led
to speak of things that are important to
some who are in
His service or will
be in His service in
this realm or the next. I believe that in
some cases it is to give the recipient of
the message the opportunity to do the
"right" thing. I have seen this
on various occasions. It is weird,
spooky, strange ... one could use other
descriptive terms to express the
supernatural nature of the happenings. I
have seen some people miss the trip into
the Kingdom for not making the
"right" decision... Of course I
never really
know what transpires between God and the
subject prior to
taking their last breath,
so I do not really
know if they missed
the boat but it appears
they did just that. However, I do not
truly know what all went on between
Eternal God and the person. I would like
to think that to all I have delivered
messages made it! That is a nice thought!
However, from all outward appearances it
appears to NOT be the case all the time.
BUT WHO KNOWS?
I am to
make no exceptions... "tell
everybody the same truth." I know
that is not done without destroying the
messenger (me) in this society. The
messenger of such harsh truths is not
well received! It's not a popular job!
When you see him, ask John The Baptist...
to mention the most highly decorated of
such messengers. People of the world just
don't like messengers. Makes me know just
how few are truly God's children.
It is of
extreme interest to me to know how many
"Messengers" or
"Watchmen" are currently in
service. I wonder how many are appointed
and serve but do not understand their
appointment? It was by accident that the
role of "Watchman" was called
to my attention. A friend suggested that
my drive and obvious calling was that of
a Watchman. I knew I was driven to
deliver messages that were revealed to me
but I never considered the role of
"Watchman." There were
ocassions that the message was for a
particular person... most times the
message was for the mass... Not intended
for any one individual (to my knowledge)
but just to announce it.
Great
people of the past who are now worshipped
and revered that were instructed in this
mission are well known and only history
makes them accepted and honored. In their
day they were crucified, beheaded and
persecuted... God is a natural God.
Because (Adam & Eve) the original
creation of God sold earth and all within
it to Satan, it appears that God abides
by those rules laid down by the Prince of
Air... or Satan as we commonly know him.
The book of Genesis is a beautifully
written explanation of this event.
However, there is much that is not
written... things that some of us need to
know to dig deeper into understanding.
Simple faith is adequate preparation for
the transistion into the Kingdom but many
of us crave more understanding.
To
mention a "few" of the better
known messengers are as follow:
1) The
Son of God, Jesus... and His twelve
closest friends. Those "12"
that He entrusted to establish the
"truth!" The "truth"
that most Christians agree is the
"key" required to enter heaven.
2) The
prophets of old were killed and treated
like common criminals... Imagine that!
The key personnel who established the
word of God were killed for their
contribution to heaven-bound followers.
When I
state it like that I feel better about
the whole mission! In another few hundred
years, someone might have something nice
to say about present day messengers!
Although, I doubt that anybody will
remember my name in a few dozen years. So
much for greatness! (chuckles) In many
ways I wish they would all forget my name
as of right now.
Do I
compare myself to Jesus, His 12 or the
Prophets? NO! I use them as examples
because I am pretty sure you will
recognize them. "Can
we talk?"
In the
future if someone tells you something
about that which you have asked guidance
or a crisis in which you or someone else
needs help, pay careful attention and
take it to God, through prayer. That
messenger may be on a mission... for you
or a loved one. Above all, do not malign
the messenger or compromise the
effectiveness of the message... All of
that is covered under His
penalty of law. If
you do create doubt and negate the
message and cause someone to miss the
Kingdom, the blood is on your hands. Not
something you want! I am afraid I have
seen this happen too. I hope not but am
afraid so!
Because
I can only say it face-to-face to a few,
I feel compelled to write it. Who knows?
Somebody might read this and it could
actually bring about some
understanding for them.
Our Lord
tells us that the road is narrow and few
will ever find the path, so be mindful.
Above all, be careful of your input into
any situation. Don't meddle with
messengers, their job is hard enough!
